Reminders: 
The expenditure dates are always the calendar year received (Jan – Dec)
(receipts/proof must be dated within that calendar year)

Use of funds – must not have been previously claimed for NSP or another grant
For further guidelines/restrictions: AIG Guidelines

Deadline:  Forms are due March 1 the following year
(we moved it from mid Jan because of NSP reports)

Failure to submit report by the deadline will cause you to lose eligibility for funding the following year.
