Petition: Residential Tax Abatement Caps

The Community Councils, their members and the residents of Cincinnati remain committed to a city which promotes quality of life and equitable opportunities for ALL the residents.

We, the undersigned individuals, request the Economic and Zoning Committee and City Council:

Support the PTWG proposed Residential Tax Abatement caps which encourages keeping existing low to moderate income and long term owners in their homes, offsets unintended consequences of City incentives for housing development, and encourages wealth building through home ownership for your average home owner
